Reviews and Ratings
Being a Hilton Honors member, my stay was in a spacious and comfortable corner deluxe room with two double beds that offered black-out shades, ensuring a restful sleep. The service went beyond expectations, providing genuine care and attention. The downtown Albuquerque location is convenient for exploring the city, although caution is advised after dark. The dining options were impressive, exceeding my expectations with quality offerings. Overall, the experience was a mix of comfort and service excellence, with some considerations for safety.
I stayed at this hotel, and it turned out to be a mixed experience. The rooms, although small, were decked out with every perk you could need, including convenient charging plugs and cozy reading lights by the bed. The library with self-service coffee was a unique touch to unwind. The service was friendly, especially with the helpful staff, but the elevator mishap was a nuisance. The location was downtown with some great restaurants nearby, although the area didn’t feel entirely safe, and the walk to Old Town was longer than expected. Overall, it's a nice spot to have friends over before hitting the town.
The hotel's cleanliness standards and the movie-like ambiance did not meet my expectations for the price, but the staff was incredibly accommodating throughout my stay.
